2026 Calls For Art
SELF
June 2026
SELF
A self-portrait is both description and discovery. It asks: how do you see yourself, and how might the world see you? What colors inhabit your life? What gestures reveal your temperament? What traces of time, joy, or solitude mark your reflection?
Our own image is the most available model we have, yet it is never static. Each self-portrait becomes a document of its era—capturing not only the artist’s likeness, but also the visual language, materials, and emotions of that moment. Seen across years, these portraits form a biography in paint, clay, or line: a study of becoming.
We invite artists to explore and portray the marvelous, singular person that happens to be you.

EXTINCTION
August 2026
“Extinction” explores the disappearance of species, the quiet vanishing of life forms that once shaped our planet.
When a species dies out, no living representatives remain. Sometimes this happens slowly, through natural change. Other times, it happens far too quickly, as the environment shifts faster than life can adapt.
Today, scientists believe we are living through a sixth mass extinction. This exhibition invites artists to reflect on that reality: the fragility of biodiversity, the urgency of environmental change, and the emotional, spiritual, and ecological weight of loss.
We welcome interpretations that are poetic, scientific, symbolic, or deeply personal. How does extinction manifest in your work as memory, warning, adaptation, or rebirth?
