AVA Community Art Center invites you to join us for the Annual Summer Bash Fundraiser on Friday, August 16th from 5-8pm, for a fun-filled evening including live music with local band Muskrat Monarchy, the beloved Annual 5x5 MINI Art Auction, and food and drinks with the Friends of AVA! Mark your calendars for this favorite annual fundraiser and help support AVA and the Arts in Campbell County!
Muskrat Monarchy started from a small group of musicians playing at an open mic night in 2023. Over time the group added members to arrive at the supergroup it is today. The group consists of JB King - vocals and rhythm guitar, Matt Lynch - lead guitar, Steve Yount - bass, Thomas Hunt - keyboard, Addy Buchanan - drums. Together the band creates music with hints of classic rock, jam bands, reggae, and funk.
