Creature Academy continues as an ongoing, story-based art adventure. Each new world is introduced through a Creature Academy Research File—a playful “detective case” that invites young artists to investigate mysterious creatures, strange environments, and unanswered questions.
Students become junior researchers, designers, and storytellers as they study clues, imagine possibilities, and build their own creative responses through art. Each research file offers just enough information to spark curiosity, while leaving space for kids to invent creatures, worlds, maps, symbols, and stories of their own.
Rather than following a single right answer, children explore questions like: What might be happening here? How could this creature live? What would help this world make sense? Through drawing, building, costume-making, and world-building, their ideas become part of the ongoing Creature Academy game.
These research files allow students to join at any time, revisit worlds in new ways, and contribute uniquely—making each session feel like a continuation of a living, imaginative universe.
