Loved Ones is a concept that is intimate, personal, and heart felt. Artists are challenged to communicate more than a likeness of a person. What is the setting, the mood, the aroma, or time of day? Is there a memory connected to the person? Is your loved one loud or quiet? Strong or weak? What is their essence? All medium and sizes, 2D and 3D accepted.
Artworks must be delivered to AVA with appropriate hanging system ready for display. All work must be original. Frames are strongly encouraged for this exhibit. Maximum dimensions of 48" in any direction. Any two dimension (2D) or three dimension (3D) artworks in any medium created since Jan 2018 are eligible for submission. Inventory Sheets and W-9s can be provided by AVA via email or in-person upon request and must be completed at time of delivery.
