Join AVA and 307 Horse Racing at Cam-Plex Morningside Park on May 21 & 22, 2022 for an opportunity to display and sell your original artworks during the exciting ENERGY DOWNS LIVE RACE DAYS!


Artists will be allocated one (1) 5' x 10' booth to sell and display original artworks at Energy Downs Live Racing Days. In addition, all participating artists are eligible to enter one artwork for a 50/50 silent auction in between races. 


Artist Booth cost is $100 for two (2) days (May 21st & 22nd, 2022) Artists are allotted one 5' x 10' space in the Main Hallway before, during and after races. Tables 2.5ft x 8ft and chairs will be provided, and access to electricity will be provided to artists at no extra cost, but these accommodations must be indicated in this application form. Each artist is responsible for setting up and tearing down their displays. Artists may collect 100% proceeds for all sales during the two-day event. Artists are responsible for providing their own point-of-sales system to collect payments on sales; AVA encourages artists to provide system capable of collecting credit card payments. Limited space available for artists in all mediums. All displayed work must be original.
