Students will dye two 100% silk chiffon scarves. One 14” x 54 “ silk scarf with the use of stencils and a resist to embellish with a pattern and one 8” x 32” scarf with a free form dying technique.
Instructions and supply information will be provided along with a demonstration on iron setting and rinsing.
**All materials will be provided including scarves, dye, stencils and resist. However, if students wish to bring their own stencils please do as mine are somewhat limited. Please bring a sack lunch as we need drying time for the resist.
