Painted Pottery Collage is a ceramic painting class suitable for beginners- no clay skills are necessary, but you will gain decorating skills that can be used as you progress as a ceramic artist. In this class you will be given a hand-thrown bowl to decorate with cut-paper shapes that will be painted and glazed over to create a layered effect. The finished result will be suitable for display or gift-giving, no matter what your skill level is! Coral red underglaze paint will be provided, along with a speckled crackle glaze from our collection of vintage glazes. We have a variety of paper punches to use, but you are welcome to bring your own for a more personalized look.
